  I'm not gonna get on here and go on about our church being perfect...it's not. We do have our ups and downs of course but we are all here for each other as a church should be.Gateway has an amazing Youth Pastor who is dedicated to God and to helping people get closer to God. Pastor Rick is an amazing Pastor. Along with Pastor Scott as well who is super friendly and just pretty awesome. Ki Ki who is very sweet, devoted and helpful Ms. Mary and Ms. Rhoda are great and work hard.............Kristen. she goes way way way out of her way to make sure everything gets done and everyone is pleased our church would be very different without her she helps so much. Also Km Evans is a pretty awesome preschool director. :) Gateway is all about being Christ like not just acting like it about loving people not faking love and about loving God. Love God Love People...Love Gateway

  I do not go to this church, but I do know they do a LOT of good for our community. They have a pantry for those less fortunate & they host carnivals for the youth. They even have a daycare. This church cares about its community.

  This church is great, but it would be way better if there weren't so many church politics, especially church politics that the pastor takes a bit too seriously. From what I can tell, the staff, for the most part, are wonderful people who love God, love people, and want to do what's right in God's eyes. But certain members of the staff, mostly ones in power, listen a little too much to the church members who think they own the place, and don't(God does).
  
  This church is a good one, but it definitely has room for improvement.
  
  Also, saw a mention in another review about rats - the rat problem is completely gone, last I'd heard, which if you're not a city boy/girl you'll understand that's an accomplishment in a building that large. Rats are problem, it happens sometimes, and the issue is not having rats it's never getting rid of them, which they succeeded in doing.
  
  I can also tell you that the youth and children's services are led by wonderful people who are great with kids and young adults.
  
  Now I'll be honest and say I don't attend this church that often. The reason I know these things is because a couple members of my family have worked there for a long time and they keep us updated on everything that's going on.
  
  The daycare, however, I know very little of. My family hasn't really mentioned it, and I don't have kids(wouldn't put them in any daycare, even if I did).
  
  So, basically, like I said it's a good church and overall is passionate about serving people, but needs, ironically enough, to let God be the dictator a little more in how they operate.

  As the Spanish pastor I would recommend our community to join Gateway Baptist Church, because we love our community, regardless of nationality.

  So blessed God led me HOME to Gateway. The people are the real deal. Amazing sermons, and bible school and bible studies. Something for everyone. Incredible community outreach, and Food Bank programs. God continue to bless this amazing church.
